These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through wittenfelt.com and your use of our website.

The website and online store are operated by Wittenfelt AB ("Wittenfelt", "we", "us" or "our"). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Products

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, colours, measurements, materials and images.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other technical factors.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review your order and contact us as soon as possible at info@wittenfelt.com if you notice an error.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing errors or inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market.

For customers within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT where required by law unless otherwise clearly stated.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding delivery are not affected by these Terms.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day the goods are received.

For returns within Sweden, a return shipping fee of 69 SEK applies and will be deducted from the refund, except where Wittenfelt is responsible for the return cost, such as for an approved defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you believe that an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information about the issue.

Where a product is defective or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement, your rights are governed by applicable consumer law.

For approved claims relating to defective, damaged or incorrect products, Wittenfelt will cover necessary return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another size, colour or product, you can return the original item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Wittenfelt may offer promotions, discount codes or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may be subject to separate conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary. This does not affect orders already concluded unless required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.

The content available through wittenfelt.com, including the Wittenfelt name, logos, branding, product images, photographs, graphics, text, videos and website design, is owned by or licensed to Wittenfelt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store. Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Wittenfelt AB, not Shopify.
