Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.

To start a return, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com within the withdrawal period. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a physical store. Items should be returned in good condition, preferably with all original tags and packaging. If an item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value from the refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please do not send items back before contacting us for return instructions.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with return instructions. A return shipping fee of 100 SEK applies when using our return service.

For returns from other countries we ship to, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com before returning your order. We will provide return instructions and information regarding the applicable return shipping cost.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, Wittenfelt will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with exchange instructions.

An exchange shipping fee applies:

Sweden: 100 SEK
Denmark: 100 DKK
Other countries we ship to: €10

The exchange fee covers the applicable shipping associated with the exchange.

The item must be returned in good condition and should preferably have all original tags and packaging. If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you and you may instead return the item in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Please include your order number and relevant information about the issue when contacting us.

For approved claims relating to defective, damaged or incorrect items, Wittenfelt will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

For returns within Sweden, the return shipping fee of 100 SEK will be deducted from your refund. For returns from other countries, any applicable return shipping cost will be handled in accordance with the return instructions provided to you.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will also refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com.
