Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at info@wittenfelt.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a physical store. If an item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, Wittenfelt reserves the right to deduct any reduction in value from the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For returns within Sweden, a return shipping fee of 69 SEK applies and will be deducted from your refund. Wittenfelt will cover necessary return shipping costs for approved claims relating to defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.
