We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
Shipping Costs
Our current shipping rates are:

Germany – Standard Shipping: 110 SEK
The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be included where tracking is available for the selected delivery method.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that your name, shipping address and other delivery information are correct before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed or you believe that your package has been lost, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com and we will assist you in investigating the delivery.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wittenfelt.com.
Please include your order number and relevant information about the issue so that we can assist you.
For approved claims relating to damaged, defective or incorrect items, Wittenfelt will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Returns
Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
For returns from Sweden made under the right of withdrawal, a return shipping fee of 69 SEK applies and will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from Denmark and Germany, please contact us at info@wittenfelt.com before returning your order. We will provide return instructions and information regarding the applicable return shipping cost.
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For approved claims relating to defective, damaged or incorrect items, Wittenfelt will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
